Capco is dedicated to the financial services industries and looking for a DevSecOps Principal Consultant to lead and implement strategies that enhance operational soundness and align with best practices.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of a comprehensive DevSecOps strategy.
Communicate updates and facilitate review sessions with senior stakeholders.
Provide leadership and mentorship to client teams.
Conduct thorough assessments of existing DevSecOps processes.
Define future state for People, Process, and Technology.
Develop a multi-year, phased implementation roadmap.
Establish a DevSecOps Center of Excellence.
Guide the implementation of strategic tooling.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Master’s degree preferred
