Position Summary
Identify, define document, and analyze customer relationship management (CRM) business systems processes for improvement; gather business systems requirements for new solution design. Recommend new solutions. Track and maintain and software requirements to be developed as software. Serve as a liaison between business and IT teams by facilitating communication and determining software objectives that align with stated and unstated business needs.

Professional Skills, Education and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of experience or 10+ years equivalent experience in lieu of degree
· Strong written and oral communication skills.
· Strong interpersonal skills.
· Ability to conduct research into business issues and products as required.
· Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.
· Highly self-motivated and directed.
· Keen attention to detail.
· Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
· Strong customer service orientation.
· Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
The salary range for this position is $78,227 - $104,433 and is eligible for an annual incentive.
This role is eligible to work remotely.
