We’re looking for a remote Project Manager, based anywhere in South East Asia, to join our team. The primary objective of this role is to increase project profitability, velocity and team utilisation through upfront and effective project planning. Working side by side with Client Success Manager and Squad Lead, you are the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of a project, ensuring resources are scheduled, and tasks are delivered on time and within scope.
You are the agency’s go to for project planning, booking project resources and understanding what it takes to deliver projects on time and within scope from strategy and concept through to asset delivery and campaign performance.
This role offers a unique opportunity to build a strong foundation for long-term career growth within the company, with the potential to transition into an indefinite employment after 12 months.
Minimum Qualifications:
You have 3-5 years of project and resource management experience in a digital/creative agency.
You excel at multitasking and maintain a structured workflow to ensure project details never slip through the cracks.
You have excellent English written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
You are able to work in Melbourne timezone (AEDT/AEST) and attend client meetings virtually when required.
Preferred Qualifications:
End-to-End Project Management: You have a successful track record of managing and delivering diverse digital projects, including social/digital campaigns, video (online and TV), websites, direct mail, OOH, and print media – all the way from concept to completion.
Multi-Channel Expertise: You possess a deep understanding of the nuances between various media channels (advertising, digital experience) and the importance of a "platform-first" approach in content creation.
Problem-solving & Accuracy: You demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring high accuracy and consistency in your work.
Resource Management & Prioritization: You are adept at managing resources and prioritising multiple deadlines to deliver top-quality work efficiently. Experience using Kantata is a plus.
Thriving Under Pressure: You are comfortable in a fast-paced environment and possess the ability to balance desired output, project scope, and client deadlines.
Stakeholder Management & Client Collaboration: You excel at navigating relationships with multiple stakeholders and can confidently present deliverables and timelines to clients.
Project Planning & Resourcing: You'll collaborate with your Squad and Craft Leads to understand project needs, assign resources in the agency tool, and adjust schedules as needed. This includes proactive communication with stakeholders about any changes.
Project Management: You'll oversee project setup, manage deadlines, identify potential risks, and lead team meetings to ensure smooth delivery. This includes gathering assets, setting kick-off meetings, and tracking project health.
Client Communication & Delivery: You'll manage client communication throughout the project lifecycle, attending meetings, taking minutes, and ensuring all deliverables are delivered on time and within budget. This includes escalating issues when necessary.
Project Profitability: You'll set billing milestones and track project invoices, ensuring accurate and timely client communication. Additionally, you'll monitor task progress and manage workload to achieve both quality and financial goals.
Process Improvement: You'll contribute to agency improvements by collaborating with colleagues to standardise processes, develop project templates, and analyse data to optimise project velocity and revenue.
