We combine our strength in technology and unmatched industry expertise to provide clients with strategy, creativity, production, media, data, response management and analytic services.For more information about Edge Direct and Moore, please visit www.wearemoore.comIn this role you will:• Create concepts that generate a desired goal: donations, awareness, engagement, and reactivation.• Collaborate with creative directors and other agency partners to conceptualize and develop and execute fully integrated direct-response campaigns (direct mail, email, newsletters, digital display, social)• Mentor and support junior designers.• Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by other team members.• Manage client style guide and standards.• Identify and elevate opportunities for improvement of creative art direction.• Develop and present creative recommendations.What we seek:• Bachelor’s degree with 5-8 years’ in-house or agency experience as a designer/art director (fundraising knowledge preferred).• Must be proficient in Adobe Creative suite.• Have strong creative vision and design skills across different channels (animation skills are a plus)• This position is deadline-driven, which requires the ideal candidate to thrive under pressure, be outgoing and amiable, and work across teams and departments in a fast-paced environment (some prior project management software experience [Workfront] is a plus)• Must be organized, self-sufficient, manage workload and timelines across multiple clients.• Qualified candidate will have presentation skills and experience in both deck development and pitch presentations that sell our creative strategy.• A conceptual innovator who to develop and oversee campaign design across channels.How We’ll Support you:• Join the largest marketing and fundraising company in North America serving the nonprofit industry where we prioritize innovation and professional growth.• Collaborate with industry subject matter experts with over 5,000 employees across the enterprise.• To help you stay energized, engaged and inspired, we offer a wide range of benefits including comprehensive healthcare, paid holidays and generous paid time off so you can have the time and space to recharge pursue your other passions and be with the people you care about.• Moore is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
