Location: Irving, TX Salary: $65.00 USD Hourly - $70.00 USD Hourly Description: Sr IOS Developer Location: Irving, TX (hybrid 3X a week) Skills • Proficiency in Swift and its design patterns. • Deep understanding of UIKit, Cocoa design patterns. • Deep understanding of iOS memory management. • Deep understanding of Grand Central Dispatch and threading. • Experience with advanced UI and Auto Layout, animations & transitions using UIKit, Core Graphics, Core Animation.• Experience working with and consuming JSON and REST data contracts.• Understanding of software design patterns, SOLID, and clean architecture.• Understanding of functional and object-oriented programming patterns.• General backend system knowledge of HTTP, APIs, DBs, Microservices, etc.• Experience integrating third-party SDKs, either manually or using Cocoa Pods.• Deep understanding of Core Data and offline storage.• Deep understanding of unit testing using XCTest.• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (such as Git, Mercurial, or SVN).• Familiarity with CI/CD best practices and tools.Essential Job Functions• Collaborate with leaders, business analysts, project managers, IT architects, technical leads, and other developers, along with internal customers, to understand needs and develop solutions according to business requirements.• Maintain and enhance existing enterprise services, applications, and platforms using domain-driven design and test-driven development.• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues; identify and implement solutions.• Create detailed project specifications, requirements, and estimates.• Research and implement new technologies to enhance current processes, security, and performance.• Support the development of coding standards and adhere to best practices and security guidelines.• Work closely with software architects and technical leads to ensure decisions meet long-term enterprise growth needs.Minimum Qualifications• Education & Prior Job Experience:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training.• 5 years of full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience, using ITIL, Agile, XP, or similar methodologies.Preferred Qualifications• Education & Prior Job Experience:• Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training.• 3+ years of full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience, using ITIL, Agile, XP, or similar methodologies.• 3+ years of full stack development experience.• Airline Industry experience, including business systems and technology.Contact:This job and many more are available through The Judge Group.
