We’re looking for an exceptional and experienced Sr. Manager UX Design Lead to join our team at Capital One! As our UX Design Lead, you’ll be responsible for leading and managing a team of UX designers in order to create digital products that meet and exceed our customer’s expectations. Your team will be responsible for creating user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and design systems that are... intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing.To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have a deep understanding of user experience principles and best practices. You should also have excellent communication and collaboration skills in order to work with a diverse team of designers, developers, and product managers. Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of UX designers to create digital products that meet and exceed customer expectations.
Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and design systems that are intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of user experience principles and best practices.
Collaborate with a diverse team of designers, developers, and product managers.
Mentor and coach the design team to ensure all projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
Provide guidance on UX design decisions and ensure that all projects adhere to the company’s design standards.
Analyze user feedback to identify areas of improvement in the user experience.
Stay up-to-date with the latest UX design trends and technologies.
Develop strategies to improve user experience and optimize user flows.
Monitor team performance and create action plans to ensure quality goals are met.
