About the role

As a Creator Relations Intern at Captions, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our collaborations with top creative talents across global markets. This position offers the opportunity to dive deep into the creator community, assisting in identifying, recruiting, and managing relationships with creators to produce ad creative that meets (high) brand standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Support the identification and recruitment of new creators, leading the initial outreach and participating in negotiation processes.

• Assist in managing contracts and maintaining communication with creators to guide towards the delivery of the final creative product.

• Help ensure that content meets high brand standards, aligning with our aesthetic and editorial guidelines.

• Ensure timely delivery of ad content, sticking to set timelines and goals.

• Respond to user comments across social channels and summarize themes from feedback.

• If interested, ideate, contribute to, and even star in ad content that is scripted, filmed, and edited in-house.

Qualifications:

• Strong aesthetic sense and ability to recognize and nurture creative talent.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of providing clear direction and maintaining brand standards.

• Organized and adept at managing multiple projects and deadlines.

• Interest in (or familiarity with) the creator and video editing landscape.

• Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to responsibilities.

We will be hiring multiple Creator Relations Interns for Summer 2024. This internship will last 10 weeks.
