Captivation Software is looking for a mid level systems engineer who will assist with daily responsibilities on the program.

Requirements

Security Clearance:

• Must currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph, therefore all candidates must be a U.S. citizen

Minimum Qualifications:

• Fourteen (14) years experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

Required Skills:

• Experience with standard development, issue tracking, and documentation tools (Jira, Confluence, Gitlab)
• Understanding of software development lifecycle, Systems Engineering, and Agile processes
• Experience with managing technical engineering documentation (design documents, system and data flow diagrams, requirements, etc.)
• Provide system demos and status briefings to the customer
• Experience with security and compliance certification with this customer
• Knowledge of corporate systems, specifically PAC and AEA
• Familiar with DevOps processes
• Familiar with container orchestration tools: Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
• Familiar with system monitoring and sustainment
• Familiar with AWS
• Language analysis/linguist mission experience, VISTA/HLT
