Card Acquiring Product Head

Responsibilities:

1) Cooperate with the business and related teams, building end-to-end card payment product capabilities for our global merchants.

2) Understand the competitive landscape in local markets, discover market insights, identify customer pain points, discover product opportunities, and cooperate with related teams to promote the optimization of our product capabilities.

3) Closely collaborate with strategic e-commerce platforms and other strategic partners. Deliver and manage product solutions that help achieve business goals.

4) Translate business requirements into product requirements, collaborate with different teams and stakeholders, and project-manage and oversee the E2E development process.

5) Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally, and as the primary product contact for queries related to the product.

Requirements:

1) 3 years and above experience in card schemes or card payment products. Familiar with card payment flow. Previous experience in acquiring, checkout, settlement, and end-to-end card product design is highly preferred.

2) Prefer 7 years or more experience in product management or related roles.

3) Good understanding of the local payment markets (North America/ Europe /Brazil etc.) Hands-on experience working with both business and technical teams. Judgment and decision on the local market products strategy.

4) Strong analytical skills and proven ability of data-driven decision-making, ability to do competitor analysis, and product planning.

5) Strong organizational acumen – the ability to thrive in a matrix environment where success depends on a high degree of cross-functional collaboration.

6) Mandarin would be a strength, but not a must.

7) The ability to lead the team to get down to earth results.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $250,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
