What Account Management - Dist contributes to Cardinal HealthAccount Management is responsible for managing the success of the relationship with an assigned set of customers in order to achieve the goals and objectives identified by the customer and Cardinal Health.Job SummaryResponsible for long-term relationship building between the customer, Cardinal Health, and other professional organizations (Group Purchasing Organizations, etc). The complexity of the solution, product, or services offered is variable and can range from simple to moderately complex selling.Responsibilities- Quarterly Business Reviews- Facilitation of Monthly Conference Calls- Contract and Fee Schedule Management- Oversight of Projects (new services, extension of product line, data needs)- Management of Account Information in SalesForce.Com- Facilitation of Issue ResolutionQualifications• Bachelor's degree preferred• Must live within 1 hour radius of LaVergne, TN for visits on-site• Min 4 years related sales experience, preferred• Proven product knowledge in business area• Valid driver's licenseWhat is expected of you and others at this level• Applies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks and projects• May contribute to the development of policies and procedures• Works on complex projects of large scope• Develops technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.
