True to our name, our experienced team is passionate about helping oncology practices navigate the future.As the Director of Technology Product Management for Navista, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare technology platforms and products. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Technology Product Management, you will contribute to product strategy, grow and manage a team of product owners, and ensure our products not only meet the market demands but also exceed them by leveraging deep healthcare insights and advanced technology solutions. Your leadership will be instrumental in navigating the broader ecosystem of healthcare technology, ensuring our products are at the forefront of innovation and compliance.This is a remote, work from home role with travel up to 25%.Responsibilities• Develop and execute product strategies that align with market needs and the vision for Navista.• Lead end-to-end product management for key areas, including customer interaction, market trend analysis, product development, and lifecycle management.• Collaborate with business leaders to forecast technology demands and resource allocation within the commercial technology portfolio.• Engage with customers to define business needs, refine products and ensure high customer satisfaction.• Act as a mentor to team members, fostering a culture of growth and continuous improvement.• Evaluate and select technology vendors for partnerships, ensuring they align with our strategic goals and comply with our technical and regulatory standards.• Drive the integration of AI/GenAI technologies into our product offerings, leveraging cutting-edge advancements to enhance product functionality and customer engagement.• Oversee the development and execution of the product roadmap, balancing short-term achievements and long-term goals.• Prioritize the product backlog based on strategic objectives, customer needs, and market research.• Effectively communicate with and manage expectations of all stakeholders, including senior leadership, product teams, and external partners.Qualifications• 12+ years of experience in product management or a related field in the healthcare industry preferred.• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.• Proven track record of managing and launching healthcare technology products.• Strong understanding of data standards and interoperability in healthcare.• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to drive team success and product innovation.• Ability to travel up to 25%.Anticipated salary range: $114,200 - $175,600Bonus eligible: YesBenefits: Cardinal Health offers a wide variety of benefits and programs to support health and well-being.Medical, dental and vision coveragePaid time off planHealth savings account (HSA)401k savings planAccess to wages before pay day with myFlexPayFlexible spending accounts (FSAs)Short- and long-term disability coverageWork-Life resourcesPaid parental leaveHealthy lifestyle programsApplication window anticipated to close: 8/10/2024 *if interested in opportunity, please submit application as soon as possible.The salary range listed is an estimate.
