Helps drive graphic/cosmetic interaction between club designers, engineers, and the Product Design Development team to prototype innovative concept designs as assigned, executing through final production art.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES• Create head, shaft, and grip logo/graphic packages for our complete product line, including woods, hybrids, irons, and putters.• Work with development engineers to ensure that our concepts' logo/graphic design intent is carried through into the finished product.• Responsible for the final output of files to production, working closely with other Industrial Design team members and senior management on graphics and approvals.• Work with Concept Designers to ensure their designs accommodate appropriate logo/graphic treatments.• Explore new golf club logo design and graphic applications as part of assigned project teams.TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)• Formal training in design or extensive related work experience.• Able to effectively work as a team toward meeting department goals.• Graphic design experience applied to aesthetic and technical requirements; preferred in creating golf club products.• Ability to actively participate in design team discussions and provide clear and concise recommendations.• Ability to creatively modify a design based on subjective and objective feedback.• Ability to work both individually as well as within a high-performing team.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Exceptional knowledge in the related areas of Adobe Creative Suite software.
