Product Manager

At Cardless, we’re building a credit card and loyalty platform that consumer businesses use to engage their customers. We’ve launched 14 credit cards, including for Alibaba and Qatar Airways. We help businesses bring imaginative card programs to life, and have pioneered technology to embed credit card features natively into their products.

As a product manager, you will help us further our mission to make credit better, by powering the next generation of credit cards. This means building a delightful experience for consumers, and powerful engagement and marketing tools for brands (all on a solid financial product foundation). You’ll get to work across different problem areas and across disciplines as you advocate for our consumer customers and work with our innovative brand partners to bring new financial products to market.


Experience articulating a specific product vision, rallying a team, and iterating on customer feedback is a must. Enjoying working with multiple stakeholders and partners to bring complex products to market is a plus!


Requirements
  • A minimum of 6+ years experience as a Product Manager, with some experience on consumer-facing products
  • Experience with or knowledge of consumer fintech, and experience working with large institutional customers / stakeholders
  • Experience driving, owning and successfully executing projects with multiple internal/external stakeholders (fintech / payments or highly regulated environment a big plus)
  • Consistent track record of shipping projects with broad measurable impact
  • Strong project management skills and experience with software development and productivity tools
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to prioritize and remain focused under pressure


Responsibilities
  • Help set our roadmap, prioritizing big bets, immediate wins, bugs, and more by building deep context and analyzing the data
  • Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Empowering others to project-manage when possible.Identify, scope, and drive process improvements across your area of ownership
  • Work cross-functionally with a number of teams, including Engineering, Product, and others to build the best products for our brand and consumer customers
