Care Account Executive
As a Care Account Executive, you will be instrumental in providing quality customer service and superior attention to the Metronet customer. Our Care Account Executives are the voice of Metronet for our residential customers and potential residential customers in answering any questions/concerns that they might have around our service and products. This is a high-volume inbound call center role where your interactions will include, but aren’t limited to, answering questions regarding billing, sharing with our customers and potential customers more about our products and services, as well as ensuring that each customer has the exceptional customer service experience that they have come to expect (and deserve) from Metronet.
