Financial Reporting Lead
Careem is building the Everything App for the greater Middle East, aimed at simplifying lives. The Financial Reporting Lead will contribute to financial accounting and reporting processes within the Global Finance team.
Skills
- Proficiency in Excel
- Power BI experience
- Oracle knowledge
- Strong analytical skills
Responsibilities
- Operate fixed assets module in accounting software system
- Reconcile fixed asset register with GL balances
- Maintain lease models and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Post lease accounting entries
- Perform month-over-month variance analysis
- Prepare financial statements notes and schedules in compliance with IFRS and GAAP
- Work closely with cross-functional teams
Education
- CA Finalist
- ACCA Qualified
