Our client, a financial services company, is seeking a temporary Executive Assistant to support in their Greenwich, CT office.
The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, organized, and have a 24 / 7 mentality...
This position starts asap and will last around 5-6 months, with potential to extend. This position will be onsite 4 days a week and requires workers to be vaccinated, subject to a request for a legally recognized accommodation request.
Hours : 8 : 00am 6pm
Hybrid Schedule
Responsibilities :
• Schedule meetings and conference calls on behalf of the finance team members
• Assist with preparation of materials for any calls, meetings, and / or travel as applicable
• Complete and submit expense reports
• Extract reports and invoices from accounting system and distribute daily
• Collaborate with administrative group to ensure full administrative coverage
• Manage domestic and international travel
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned or requested
• Some personal administrative support may be required
Requirements :
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Ability to manage competing demands and unexpected events
• Proactive self-starter who can multi-task
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams) and Adobe Acrobat
