CarGurus is looking for a Field Marketing Associate to join our team! If you're a marketer with a passion for events, collaboration, and driving meaningful business results please read on! What You'll Do: Manage event logistics for a mix of events including conferences and tradeshows, sporting events, client outings, and other events as required. Logistics include managing the timeline, budget, invitation process, registration, food, and beverage Advise CarGurus owned conference (Navigate) strategy and complete logistics including sales enablement, ticketing, email/social marketing, and more Coordinate and book hotels for event participants Make reservations for group meals, social events, and corporate outings. Organize the packing and shipping of materials to and from events Manage the selection and fulfillment of promotional items Coordinate with multiple vendors to ensure events are successful Manage booth setup and break down. Handle any onsite issues that may arise during events Drive recommendations to streamline and improve overall efficiency Proactively manage forward-looking event calendar Who You Are: 2-4 years experience of event marketing experience Experience with some (or all) of the following: Marketo, Bizzabo Self-starter who is excited to have an immediate business impact and not afraid to jump in where needed Extremely diligent with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Ability to handle ambiguity and evolving market/business needs. Driven, energetic, tenacious deliverer with a positive attitude. Great interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and coordinate a group through written and verbal communication. Creative/critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
