As a Scheduling Coordinator performing remote on-call scheduling work, you ensure our organization reaches optimal service for our Client’s needs, filling open shifts, responding to emergencies outside of regular office hours, adjusting anticipated schedules, and more. This role reports to our Operations Manager.
This is a remote and part-time position; however successful candidates will reside in Texas or Indiana.
- On-Call Hours: Fri 5 pm PST till 8 am PST Mon - $600/weekend shift
- Additionally, you must work on all the following holidays and will be paid an additional $300 stipend per holiday. New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day.
Scope of Duties
At Caring for Family of Companies, we look for people with a nurturing spirit and a genuine desire to support and care for others. In this part time Scheduling Coordinator role, you can expect some or all the following duties:
- Ensure zero open hours at any time, and all shifts staffed
- Respond to the on-call emergency line on weekends, holidays, and after-hours
- Manage and document time off requests and Incidents
- Manage Caregiver missed clock-ins and outs
- Coordinate schedules around client admissions and discharges
- Record Client and Caregiver shifts or activity changes
- Update the healthcare management platform
