Senior Director of Operations

Partner with the executive team to enhance client and caregiver experiences and improve organizational health. Your focus on strategic case management, operational efficiency, and fiscal growth will not only contribute to our goals but also ensure business service continuity, making you an integral part of our operations. Your administrative leadership, compliance, and cross-departmental communication will further strengthen our operations.

Responsibilities:

Business Development & Growth

  • Ensure profitability and market expansion.
  • Set and track growth goals, manage budgets, and implement systems.
  • Develop and manage marketing strategies and KPIs.

Staff Leadership & Goal Execution:

  • Ensure procedural adherence and client satisfaction.
  • Oversee project tracking and time management.
  • Support staff development, handle personnel issues, and foster team collaboration.

Compliance Oversight:

  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations and laws.
  • Attend conferences and ensure adherence to health authority rules.

Corporate Relations:

  • Advise on policy improvements, collaborate on strategic initiatives, and provide updates on operations and risks.
  • Network with external partners and manage company reputation.

  • Pass background checks, have a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, insurance, and excellent communication skills.
  • Display compassion, reliability, and strong attendance.
