The primary focus is to attract and attain top talent and highly skilled employees with a strong cultural fit and dependable work ethic. Your duties will include the following:Manage data related to onboarding, orientations, etc.Conduct prospect reference checksPre-screen candidates for cultural and competency fit.Initiate and track initial and 3-year background checksCreate and maintain accurate HR records for each employee in digital formats.Upload data and onboarding files to the healthcare management platform and HRISSource job candidates and solicit passive candidates.Assign wages and compensationDeliver ATS pipeline metrics reports and recommendations to the supervisor.Collaborate to execute seamless on-site onboardings and orientations.Communicate new hire information to appropriate team members and departments using project tracking boardsManage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including PaylocityUtilize job sourcing boards such as Indeed, Facebook Groups, and othersOther tasks as assigned.RequirementsROLE QUALIFICATIONSHave a high value for innovation, streamlined processes and efficiencyDemonstrate a pro-active and solution-oriented mindsetHave excellent written and oral communication articulation in EnglishDemonstrate accuracy and attention to detail, maintaining accurate records and documentationPossess intuitive. strategic, and organized project management skillsHave excellent professional collaboration skills and team mindsetHave a results-driven, task-oriented approachUtilize excellent time management skills, meeting deadlines, and handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrate strong interpersonal, discretion, and judgment skillsHave proficiency with technology and electronic devicesDemonstrate sense of warmth, welcome, and professionalismDemonstrate strong commitment to complianceKnowledge of best practices for handling PHI in compliance with HIPAA regulationsBenefitsCOMPREHENSIVE WELLNESS PORTFOLIO - In your role with Caring for Family of Companies, you’re responsible for upholding, executing, and supporting our mission.
