Maintain and improve customer health, retention, engagement, and adoption of Carta products
Proactively engage with customers regarding Carta's value using technology
Manage customers through the renewal process and negotiate win-win outcomes
Build strong relationships with decision makers in customer accounts
Participate in resolving customer issues and maintain high levels of engagement and satisfaction
Education
8+ years of enterprise client-facing experience
Prior experience in venture capital, private equity, or accounting preferred
