Senior Engineering Director, Fund Administration

Join our R&D team to build the next generation software for the venture capital and private equity industries. Seeking an experienced Engineering Director to lead multiple teams and drive the future of the industry.

Skills

12+ years of back-end/Full stack engineering experience
Strong systems thinking and experience in developing scalable production systems
Experience with service oriented architecture and complex SaaS products
Proficiency in Python and typical web stack technologies (Python, Django, Postgres, React, Kubernetes)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple teams within the Fund Administration business unit
Develop scalable back-end systems for the venture capital and private equity industries
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and build solutions
Contribute to the growth and success of the company through innovative engineering solutions

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
