Cascadia Services is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) to join our leadership team. The CCO will play a critical role in ensuring that Cascadia Services and the facilities we support adhere to all regulatory requirements and maintain the highest standards of ethical conduct. This position is instrumental in driving our Integrity Program, ensuring our operations align with our commitment to "Do the Right Thing" and "Follow Our Policies." 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop, implement, and oversee the company's compliance program, driving adherence to all relevant laws and regulations. 
  • Monitor and report on compliance issues, providing guidance and recommendations to leadership. 
  • Develop, implement, and oversee the audit and risk assessment process to identify and mitigate potential compliance risks. 
  • Motivate a culture of Integrity by collaborating with various departments to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. 
  • Support the training and education program for employees on compliance-related topics. 
  • Stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes and implement necessary updates to ensure the company's compliance program remains up-to-date and effective.

Requirements

 Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing, or a related field, required; advanced degree preferred. 
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in compliance or clinical leadership roles. 
  • Proven track record of successfully managing compliance programs and initiatives. 
  • Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including those related to Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living. 
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
