Responsibilities
Develop and maintain professional relationships with enterprise-level clients
Act as the primary liaison between the company and clients for strategic oversight and support
Address and resolve client issues efficiently through various communication channels
Monitor and analyze client account health, providing regular updates internally
Identify trends and provide insights to drive improvements
Collaborate with the Customer Success Team to ensure client satisfaction
Lead special projects as requested
