Cash Application Clerk

Malouf is looking for a Cash Application Clerk on our Treasury team. This position requires strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and time sensitive environment. The ideal candidate will be team oriented with a positive attitude and proactive mentality.

This is a full-time position. General schedule is 8am-5pm Monday - Friday in the office. No alternative schedules are available.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Post and apply daily cash receipts to customers.
• Pull remittances from portals.
• Work with A/R Clerk on any discrepancies
• Communicate with manager on any issues with posting cash in a timely manner.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-year minimum experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
• Self-motivated with the ability to recognize the relative value of accounts and prioritize accordingly
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time with attention to detail
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity
• Ability to make quick, smart decisions with limited information
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Outlook
• Learn/retain product information quickly
