The Cash Management Consultant will enhance Treasury’s functional cash management operations by utilizing a deep and broad knowledge of Kyriba treasury management solution to not only drive reliability but also transformational solutions to enable sustainable savings and enable better, faster decision making. Cash Management Consultant will possess strong analytical, process, technical, and interpersonal skills. This position will be responsible for developing and implementing process and systems configuration solutions needed to facilitate new business or change in current business. Consultant will need to think of the big picture and how that relates to or affects other groups.
Responsibilities May Include
Apply a comprehensive understanding of Kyriba and its related systems, processes, controls and banking arrangements
Being a technical cross-functional Subject Matter Expert for Kyriba
Managing daily liquidity across multiple banks and platforms
Performing regression and critical function testing in Kyriba related to banking projects, new functionality, or other changes
Developing and delivering Kyriba process documentation and training
Proactively sharing your knowledge
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
3-5 years of relevant treasury experience
3 years or more of Kyriba knowledge and experience
Experience and demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a complex and dynamic environment
Self-motivated with the ability to make decisions in the absence of detailed instructions
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills including Excel
Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Intermediate Power BI skills
Strong analytical, problem solving, and organization skills
Ability to manage across multiple tasks or projects simultaneously
Ability to coordinate effectively with many stakeholders across multiple functional areas
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written to ensure common understanding
Able to deal effectively with the new and different situations
Ability to adapt to quickly evolving requirements
