Job Summary

Knowledgeable and friendly team member that guides guests and potential guests to the journey that is gusto! Friendly and articulate team member with an eye for detail and able to strike up a conversation with any guest. Team member must have a heart to serve and passion to share

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Menu knowledge

• Great communication skills

• Writing and organizing orders

• Guest interaction

• Assigned shop duties

• Follow COVID-19 safety guidelines

• Display professionalism

• Point-of-sale system knowledge

• Sense of urgency

• Order organization

• Third party delivery system knowledge

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• 15 years of age

• Ability to work shifts, over weekends, and on holidays, as required

• Ability to work 20+ hrs/wk

• Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy

• Desire for continuous learning and professional development.

• Must have your own vehicle or have a reliable means of transportation
