Senior Database Administrator
Cast & Crew, a leading entertainment technology and solutions provider, is seeking a Senior Database Administrator to support and enhance database environments for our global entertainment offerings.
Skills
- Strong PostgreSQL database experience
- Advanced SQL proficiency
- Knowledge of database technologies and data security
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- AWS and Azure DevOps experience
- Understanding of PL/SQL
- Documentation and workflow management
Responsibilities
- Proactively monitor the health and performance of enterprise databases
- Manage database backups, restores, and refreshes
- Develop and maintain data integrity and quality procedures
- Enhance scalability and performance of database architecture
- Support patching cycles and security measures
- Provide expertise on database development and tuning
- Train and mentor database development teams
- Collaborate with technology and business teams for optimal database performance
- Respond to critical support issues during non-business hours as needed
