Responsibilities :
  • In the role as Category Buyer - Nacelle Power Drive & Mechanicals (Bearings & Lubrication) within Siemens Gamesa, you will
  • Plan, monitor and report on relevant KPIs, to contribute to the success of the business and make results transparent
  • Support Supplier Management processes (eg qualification, , evaluation, classification)
  • Contribute to the implementation and ensure usage of globally defined methods, processes and systems to ensure high process efficiency and process compliance (eg Procurement guidelines, IT systems)
  • Ensure a close cooperation within the team to help ensure seamless communication in the global team
  • Forward systematically all relevant Procurement related project information (eg updated contractual conditions, Supplier Management data) to keep all team members are up to date
Required Knowledge, Education, Experience and Skills :
  • Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change
  • Work experience in an intercultural business environment
  • Strong team-player with the ability to work independently
  • You have a positive attitude and the willingness to find solutions
  • You work in a customer-oriented manner – both internally and externally
  • You are confident in using MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and ideally have good SAP knowledge
  • Last but not least you are business fluent in English language (written and spoken)
