Primary Purpose
Design and develop high-impact, scalable learning experiences using blended modalities and technologies in support of enterprise-wide leadership and professional development programs, change management initiatives and functional and system process enhancements for corporate team employees.

Education/Experience
Bachelor's Degree required preferably in instructional design, graphic design, adult education, Psychology, or marketing.
3+ years of experience in corporate learning design, user experience researcher / design, instructional design, curriculum development, graphic design, or equivalent in a corporate environment. – Required
