In this role, you have the opportunity to make life better

This role will be responsible for driving and growing business value, to set and achieve financial and strategic targets and to participate in BG/Innovation/Function MT to ensure financially sound decision making.

"Right hand" to the Coronary Business Category Leader, providing bandwidth and depth of insight.

You are responsible for (but not limited to)

  • Develops both strategic and tactical business plans for organization design and effectiveness based on current and future opportunities. Financial leadership of a >$680M global business
  • Articulates the financial performance of the entity, providing the business context, opportunities and risks
  • Accountable for identifying, quantifying and communicating risks and opportunities
  • Accountable for the deployment and execution of financial processes in the entity
  • Acts as a financial "change agent," identifying opportunities and fostering their achievement
  • Create strategic plan and drive key projects to both grow Coronary business and improve total P&L
  • Manage and drive all aspects of the P&L from revenue to Adj. EBITA
  • Partner and provide business guidance across finance functions on accounting, manufacturing, clinical, R&D, inventory mgmt., etc.
  • Work with Coronary leadership team and R&D teams to prioritize portfolio to balance both shor-term and long term objectives

You are part of the IGTD Finance team.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following:

  • 15+ years of progressive Finance and Management roles.
  • MBA preferred
  • The ability to provide leadership both within finance and across all functions.
  • Experience using financial tools to draw key conclusions, provides insights and knowledge to make financial assessments and engage non-finance management in steering the business
  • Adept at implementation of change though effective communication and guidance
  • Demonstrated ability to push back without breaking relationships and to assess and prioritize various stakeholder interests.
