Senior SAFe Implementation Specialist

cBEYONData is seeking a highly skilled SAFe Agile Implementation Consultant to support a customer in a large modernization initiative. Responsibilities include coaching teams on SAFe principles, implementing SAFe practices, training stakeholders, leading change management, improving processes, collaborating with stakeholders, monitoring progress, managing risks, and facilitating feedback sessions.

Skills

Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
Experience in coaching and training teams
Superior interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects

Responsibilities

Guide and mentor teams on SAFe principles and practices
Implement SAFe practices across various teams
Conduct SAFe training sessions for teams and stakeholders
Lead change management initiatives
Continuously evaluate and improve agile practices
Work closely with project managers, developers, and stakeholders
Monitor and report on agile implementation progress
Identify and mitigate risks
Establish regular feedback sessions with teams and stakeholders

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or equivalent
