This job is part of the Investment Banking job function. They are responsible for the strategy of overall investment policy solutions, management, and coordination of trading processes.What You'll Do:Conduct underwriting duties and prepare financial models used to evaluate structures for investment banking transactions.• *Research and review basic real estate data and provide a value conclusion to support the entity value.• *Gather information on companies and real estate assets and upload in to the database for tracking. Assist with creating presentations for management.• *Interact with team members, clients, and potential investors.• *Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.• *Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.• *Impact the quality of own work.• *Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.• *Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.• *Other duties as assigned.What You'll Need:To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Must obtain Series 79 and 63 Securities License during first three months of employment.• *Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.• *Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.• *In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.• *Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.• *Intermediate math skills. The minimum salary for the Investment Banking Analyst position is $65,000 annually [or $31.25 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Investment Banking Analyst position is $85,000 annually [or $40.87 per hour].
