Deal Desk Clerk (CONTRACTOR)

We are looking for an entry level Deal Desk Clerk who will be responsible for managing the accuracy of sales and pricing for our deals. This position will partner closely with our Sales, Business Development, and Services departments to ensure each deal complies with our internal policies.

• Working with Sales to ensure that all necessary documentation is completed for deal processing
• Ensuring data integrity standards are maintained for opportunities in stages from ‘quote to close’
• Collaborate with Renewals team to ensure proper product and pricing information for renewal deals
• Work with Finance and Accounting departments to ensure that data is consistent between Salesforce and necessary documents

• B.S. degree preferred
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Strong personal and interactive skills
• High degree of attention to detail
