Experience a life in balance and join us on the journey forward.We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Credit Analyst to join our Credit team, which sits on the broader Finance team. As an Associate Credit Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the Credit process as an individual contributor and subject matter expert in order release and order resolution, credit limit management, fraud management, and overall customer service support to our sales organization.What you will do:As a vital part of the Finance team, the Associate Credit Analyst will play an important role in ensuring all aspects of the Credit Process are adhered to, as applicable.• Responsible for providing internal customer facing (sales) and sales operations support for day-to-day credit inquiries.• Research, review, and resolve outstanding issues for orders awaiting release.• Analyze and verify sales orders through an assortment of fraud prevention tools.• Responsible for reviewing and decisioning small dollar credit limit requests, overline situations, and scorecard declines.• Manage credit card authorizations, address verifications, and credit decision appeals.• Proactively monitor and manage the Fraud Database.• Responsible for monitoring and managing shared email inbox requests.• Knows when and how to pull in the appropriate resources/stakeholders.What we expect of you:Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders.• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field OR 4 years of relevant Credit, Accounting, or Finance experience OR 4 years of CDW experience• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and deliver results• Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and prioritization skills• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders• Growth mindset with a strong focus on continuous learning• Demonstrated ability to navigate through conflict resolution and problem-solving skills• Demonstrated business acumen, including thorough understanding of business dependencies and cross functional collaboration• Demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities/projects with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business while meeting deadlines and providing high quality work and service level• Ability to research and analyze information to make decisions and recommendations• Proven experience in a corporate setting credit, preferably with a Fortune 200 organization is a plusWhat you can expect from us:Diverse, award-winning culture and work/life benefits.• We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages along with a collaborative and supportive work environment.• An inclusive culture that empowers you to bring your best true self and your best ideas.
