- Research Affordable Care Act Marketplace rules and regulations to successfully align operations with legislative mandates
- Provide recommendations for development or revision of policies, procedures, work flows or other documents to be used for training content and skill acquisition
- Review and validate that departmental policies and procedures are documented, updated and in compliance with company and regulatory agency requirements
- Manage the staffing, career development, training and coaching needs of the team
- Collaborate with training department to provide training on improved processes
- Design, develop, enhance and maintain quality assurance and audit programs to continually meet evolving business needs
- Analyze trends, identify gaps, and make recommendations to improve quality within Marketplace enrollment and billing departments
- Monitor, prepare and analyze daily and weekly reports of all volume and productivity
