We're seeking an experienced, passionate Center Director to join our new nationally recognized Lehi/American Fork location.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Center Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the center, managing staff, and ensuring that all programs and services are running smoothly. Building strong relationships within our center and the community is key to this role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of dedicated full- and part-time employees
• Plan and facilitate parent meetings to discuss student progress
• Develop and maintain individualized student educational programs
• Implement strategies to promote the center's services in the local community, including visits to schools, businesses, and local events
• Foster an atmosphere of care, understanding, and trust, delivering excellent customer service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree or specific certification a plus
• Demonstrated leadership experience, preferably in education
• Solid understanding of K-12 educational landscape
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
• Comfortable working with a diverse range of students, parents, and community members

Availability

• Monday to Friday: 9:30 am – 8:00 pm (exact hours TBD)
• Saturday: 8:00 am - 3:00 pm (exact hours TBD)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $53,401.00 - $80,000.00 per year
