About the Position

This role is ideal for students or early-career professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in office management, operations, procurement, and administrative tasks. If you are interested in a future career as an Office Manager or Operations Manager, this is a great opportunity to develop foundational skills in a fast-paced, high-tech environment. This is an internship position with the possibility of converting to full-time.

This hybrid opportunity is based in CentML’s Downtown Toronto office, the team is in the office Tuesday-Thursday. Business requirements may require office attendance for 5 days/week in the office for extended periods.

• Assist in organizing and maintaining office spaces, including the kitchen, meeting rooms, and storage areas.
• Manage office supplies inventory and coordinate replenishments as needed.
• Support basic administrative tasks such as data entry, paperwork, and filing.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating internal meetings.
• Help improve office processes and maintain a well-functioning workspace.
• Provide occasional support for company events and team activities.
• Perform other ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as required.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Comfortable with basic computer tasks such as data entry and document management.
• Interest in office operations, administration, and workplace efficiency.
