Our Professional Services Workforce Manager is responsible for ensuring the wellbeing and satisfaction of our team and contractors based onsite. This role involves managing onboarding processes, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a passion for supporting team members.
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and handling queries.
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and ensure that recruitment services align with their objectives.
- Address client concerns proactively, managing expectations and escalating issues when necessary.
- Partner with Customer Service Manager (CSM) to identify role requirements and specifications for the Talent Acquisition (TA) team to source for the role.
- Review financial feasibility and ensure margin is maintained.
- Review job alerts from various panels and kick off sourcing.
- Ensure quality assurance and compliance with client expectations, contracts, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for onsite team enquiries.
- Conduct regular check-ins to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement with both the employee and the client.
- Develop and present regular reports on recruitment activities, performance, and market trends.
- Continuously evaluate and optimise recruitment processes to improve efficiency, reduce time-to-hire, and enhance candidate experience.
Here's what you'll bring:
- Experience in IT, Professional Services or an RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) or MSP (Managed Service Provider) environment.
- Proven track record of managing high-volume recruitment delivery.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Knowledge of employment law and regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to IT and non-IT stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and a commitment to meeting tight deadlines.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to a rapidly changing business environment to prioritise accordingly.
- Strong interpersonal skills, intellectual rigour and curiosity, and ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Occasional travel to onsite Victoria locations may be required.
