As a Senior HRIS Analyst at CentraCare, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our HRIS solutions, with a primary focus on the Oracle system. Partnering with the Director of HR Experience, you will develop strategies for enhancements, integrations, process improvements, and improving employee experience. Your responsibilities will include fostering cross-functional partnerships and advocating for end-user needs. Acting as the system administrator for assigned HRIS platform, you will review system capabilities, workflow steps, and limitations to drive better outcomes through HR technology.You will stay current on core HR systems' functionalities and seek ways to leverage them effectively. Additionally, you will oversee business development, improvement, configuration, releases, testing, maintenance, and implementation within our core HR systems, including Oracle, ServiceNow, Phenom, and UKG.
