Change Management Senior Specialist

The Change Management Senior Specialist is pivotal in driving strategic initiatives for the transformation and optimization of Cepal's operations, processes, and overall business model. This role actively contributes to large-scale changes, enhancing organizational effectiveness through the implementation of new strategies, business processes, and technologies.

  • Analyzes day-to-day operations to assess the current business status and identifies requirements for effective business processes, tools, methods, business transformation practices, and organizational change
  • Coordinates project activities, ensuring timely completion of milestones, deliverables, and budgets, while adhering to established project management methodologies
  • Develops a detailed plan for implementing new/updated systems or processes based on identified needs
  • Monitors and evaluates the progress of transformation initiatives, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepares regular reports and updates for management
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather pertinent information, align strategies, and contribute to the planning and execution of transformation projects
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies throughout the transformation projects
  • Contributes to fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and adaptability within the organization, promoting a mindset of change readiness and agility
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field
  • Master’s Degree or other certifications in project management or change management will be considered an asset
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven working experience in Business Transformation within the Financial industry or Consulting industry with focus on operational improvement projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek
  • Computer Literacy, advanced use of MS Applications
