We are looking for a skilled General Counsel (“GC”) to be the chief legal officer for CesiumAstro and to partner with Executive Leadership to prepare the company for the next stage of growth. The ideal candidate will deliver results within a fast-paced environment supporting a disruptive technology company. Experience with IPO-readiness is preferred.
The GC will manage all legal functions across all relevant geographies, ensuring a high level of service to internal and external stakeholders, while protecting the best interests of the company and its officers.
The GC will work in close cooperation with Executive Leadership, the board of directors, finance/accounting, engineering, current and potential investors, business development, supply chain, and IT teams, as well as other internal and external stakeholders. The GC will also be a key contributor to overall business strategy.
