Marketing Operator (Community)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement community engagement strategies across social media platforms, forums, and other relevant channels

• Create and curate engaging content that resonates with our community and aligns with our brand voice

• Moderate online discussions, answer questions, and address concerns from community members

• Collaborate with the product and development teams to gather and relay community feedback

• Organize and manage online events such as AMAs, webinars, and twitter spaces

• Monitor community metrics and provide regular reports on growth, engagement, and sentiment

• Stay updated on AI and blockchain industry trends to inform community discussions

• Identify and engage with key influencers and thought leaders in the AI and blockchain space

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

• 3+ years of experience in community management, preferably in the tech or blockchain industry

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and community management tools

• Experience in creating and implementing community growth strategies

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

• Basic understanding of AI and blockchain technologies

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle sensitive situations diplomatically

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in community management for AI or blockchain projects

• Familiarity with blockchain ecosystems and cryptocurrency communities

• Knowledge of data analytics tools for measuring community engagement

• Multilingual skills to engage with international communities

• Experience in organizing and moderating online events
