Chalice Custom Algorithms (chalice.ai) is the leading AI application for brands applying their own data and analytics in the real-time decisioning of ad buys. Chalice’s software automates data ingestion, predictive analytics, and deployment of custom bidding instructions in a supervised-learning environment, where advertisers can visualize and test their custom algorithms. Advertisers’ algorithms can be deployed in all major DSPs, as well as Meta and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales and Marketing Operations Intern at Chalice, you will:
Support the company’s initiatives across comms, marketing and sales
Craft social posts, CRM Drops, and collateral as guided by Marketing & Sales leadership.
Maintain the marketing & PR calendar.
Assist in the maintenance and optimization of the CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
Assist with the coordination and logistics of events, webinars, and conferences.
Help develop and document sales and marketing processes and workflows.
Assist in the creation and management of sales and marketing dashboards and performance metrics.
Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing operations teams as needed.
Support the sales team with data entry, data analysis, and report generation.
Track sales follow ups and deal progress.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing or a related field.
Strong attention to detail.
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Strong copywriting skills
Experience with design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva, Adobe).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a sales or marketing operations role is a plus.
Experience with AI and/or advertising technology companies is a plus.
Knowledge of marketing automation tools is an advantage.
Basic understanding of Campaign Analytics.
