Due to continued growth, our Training Group has a new opportunity for a Instructional Designer in our Chicago, IL office.
Responsibilities:
As the Change Management Coordinator, you will work with the Director of Organizational Change to drive successful change initiatives across the company. You will plan and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including senior leadership, to design and implement effective change strategies that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.

Key Responsibilities
Include:
  • Coordinate and drive organizational change projects from planning to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timelines.
  • Develop change management plans, including stakeholder analysis, communication plans, training programs, and resistance management strategies.
  • Collaborate with organizational leaders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Promote awareness, understanding, and engagement among employees.
  • Support project teams and stakeholders to facilitate the adoption of change.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices in change management and proactively integrate them into project plans and approaches.
Qualifications:

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, organizational change or learning sciences.
  • Proven experience leading complex organizational change initiatives.
  • Good communicator with excellent all-around listening, writing, editorial and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross team, and cross functionally
  • Detail-oriented, organized and adaptable with solid business and financial acumen
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, self-manage and prioritize workload
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools with the ability to apply and communicate them.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a strategic mindset.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
