What We Are Looking For
The Channel Account manager executes account plans and strategy aligned with the overall company strategy to drive growth of assigned channel partners. The role will have responsibility to develop and execute plans around the critical aspects of the relationship with the distributor and Panduit including marketing/promotional programs, operational efficiency, digital enablement, corporate relations, field engagement. The goal is to secure supplier preference and motivate the channel partner to promote Panduit.
What You Will Do
  • Grows revenue with the channel partner for new and existing products.
  • Drives growth in profitability and operational efficiency
  • Conducts frequent business reviews to ensure strategic plan attainment
  • Facilitates field engagement with Sales and Rep Agents and Distributors
  • Develops and executes marketing, merchandising and promotional plans
  • Reviews channel inventory to ensure distributors are stocking proper depth and breadth of product
What You Will Bring
  • Preferred Degree: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 2-4 years of account management experience
  • Works independently
  • Gains Influential relationships internally and externally
Travel Required
