Charger Water Treatment Products is currently seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team in Elgin, Illinois. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations by ensuring that products are accurately received, stored, assembled, and shipped. Your commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment will contribute to our mission of providing high-quality water treatment solutions to our customers.

In this position, you will be responsible for various tasks including inventory management, order fulfillment, general warehouse maintenance, and occasionally drive our trucks for delivery. Responsibilities include:

  • Receive, check, and record the quantity of incoming products.
  • Pick, pack, and assemble orders for shipment in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Ensure the warehouse is clean and organized, adhering to safety standards.
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
  • Full-time hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role is preferred.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Forklift certification is a plus, but not required.
  • Full-time availability: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
  • $17 / hour
  • $100 Monthly bonuses when goals are met and year-end bonus.
  • Hire-on bonus that accrues to $1000 at the end of your first year
