JOB HIGHLIGHT
You’ll help organize and optimize our marketing team’s efforts from tentpole campaigns to bi-weekly sprints to expand our reach and supporter base.
JOB SUMMARY
As a Brand Operations Senior Associate, you’ll report to the Brand Operations Lead, and be primarily responsible for managing major marketing campaigns, email requests, and overall resourcing needs of the Marketing & Communications and Growth teams. You’ll coordinate resourcing with the Brand & Content team, work across the organization to help assess needs and capacity, and help shape and drive projects and work forward.
YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR…
● Supporting the Director of Marketing & Communications and wider Marketing & Growth team in mapping annual plans, managing quarterly and monthly meetings, and general cross-departmental coordination
● Managing the planning, execution and learning phases of large tentpole campaigns, major marketing moments and key marketing projects
● Managing sprint planning where work across the Marketing & Communications + Growth teams gets prioritized, scoped, and resourced
● Coordinating resource needs with Product, Brand Partnerships, and Development teams
● Assisting with budget builds and expense planning and reports
● Maintaining Marketing & Growth team documentation and external relationship contacts – ensuring they are always available and up to date
● Assisting in coordinating team offsite event planning
● Consistently garnering insights to help us improve on processes that will ultimately push the team and business forward in a more supportive and efficient direction
YOU MUST HAVE...
● 2+ years of project management experience or
● 2+ years of marketing and/or fundraising experience
● Polished communication skills and ability to synthesize information for leaders within the organization
● Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment
● Ability to graciously accept critique and implement feedback
● Exceptional organization, communication and project management skills
● Ability to learn and use technology platforms to operationalize and systemize work
IT’S AN ADDED PLUS IF YOU HAVE...
● Proficiency with Jira, Google Suite, or other project management tools
● Technical project management experience working with methodologies such as Scrum or Agile
● Experience working for/with nonprofits and fundraising
● Experience working closely with creative or marketing teams in an agency environment
● Experience working on major development projects with a cross-functional team

And you know to follow up to make sure everyone's on the same page, especially when it comes to donor info and other Accounting tasks.
