The Liquidity and Funding Management group within Treasury manages liquidity and funding planning across the corporation and its subsidiaries. They monitor adherence to regulatory ratios including the Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR) and develop tools for analyzing liquidity impacts of business decisions. You will be part of a collaborative team that values innovation and strategic thinking.Skills• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred• CFA, CPA, or FRM professional designation preferred• 5+ years in finance with 3+ years managing Intraday Liquidity Risk for a financial institution• Deep knowledge of broker/dealer and bank liquidity requirements• Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem resolution skills• Ability to translate complex business problems into quantifiable components• Excellent oral and written communication skillsResponsibilities• Responsible for the firm-wide intraday liquidity management framework• Design and implement monitoring metrics and reports on intraday liquidity• Identify intraday cash flow patterns and collaborate on optimization• Partner with the Cash Management team to enhance intraday liquidity monitoring practices• Monitor trading activities and proactively identify emerging liquidity risks• Assist in optimizing intercompany funding venues• Prepare and review materials for ALCO, senior management, and Board committeesQualifications• Proven detailed knowledge of finance• Experienced with treasury functions, including debt and capital instruments• Experienced with sweep deposit programs and financial systemsEducation Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related fieldEducation Requirements Credential Category• MBA preferred, along with relevant professional designations such as CFA, CPA, or FRMExperience Requirements• 5+ years of relevant experience in finance, particularly in managing liquidity risks for large financial institutionsWhy work in Westlake, TXWestlake offers a dynamic business environment and a strong community focus, making it an attractive place to live and work.
