If you want to make the world a safer place and join an award-winning company culture - you belong with us.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize Lead Routing process and tool for the businessProvide analysis and lead initiatives to optimize lead to opportunity conversionWork with sales leadership to define annual and quarterly objectives, and standardize reporting and dashboards for sales executivesProvide performance reporting and analysis to decision makers, including analysis and recommendations to improve performanceDrive adoption of sales tools and business management best practicesProvide operational support to the Global SDR/ISR lead on major initiativesCross Functional Collaboration with GTM Leaders (e.g. Sales, Channels, Marketing, Finance)Qualifications7 - 10 years of relevant experience in sales, sales/ business development and/or sales operationsStrong understanding of how to effectively leverage and interact with various GTM executives and teamsHands on approach with proven ability to dive into system/tool data to extract insights and administer the toolExperience working with global teams and stakeholdersExperience working as an ISR/SDRExperience working with Channel Partners desirableProven ability to identify, scope, prioritize and lead growth enabling initiativesExperience in hardware, software and subscription business models desirableFamiliarity with GTM tech stack such as Salesforce, Anaplan, Clari, Marketo, SFDC, Salesloft, Excel, LeanDataResult-oriented and self-starterExcellent written and verbal executive communication skillsMust be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship from an employer now or in the futureTraining/ experience in process improvement methodology (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Agile)EOE M/F/Veterans/Disabled#J-18808-LjbffrOriginal job WW Lead Optimization Manager posted on GrabJobs ©.
